With a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and public equities, Greg brings extensive expertise in M&A, strategy, and investment, particularly within the technology, media, and telecom sectors. Before joining Xerox, Greg worked at Lehman Brothers in equity sales and research, then transitioned to the buy side in hedge funds focusing on tech and telecom. He later led M&A at a startup telecom company before joining Xerox in late 2020, where he has executed nine deals in the lower to middle market.
