Pricing FAQs

Why annual only?

Most members tell us the first three months are sizing up the platform. The next nine are when the standard actually shows up in their deals. Annual is built for that arc, not the trial-and-cancel pattern.

Should an advisory firm buy Teams?

If you have more than three associates and the partners want one operating standard across pitches, yes. The benchmark for boutique IBs is roughly one Teams seat per associate plus partners. Connect kicks in once you want named programs or your own private library.

What's the difference between the Assessment and the Certifications?

The Assessment ($149) is a 30-minute calibration. It tells you where you stand. The Certifications are 5–20 hour credentials. They train you to the operating standard and put your name in the directory.

How does the DealRoom partnership work?

DealRoom is the platform partner we recommend for execution — the deal-room software practitioners run their pipeline and diligence in. Teams members get a partner discount. If you're shopping for both, mention it on the call.

Can I upgrade from Practitioner to Teams mid-year?

Yes, prorated against the time remaining. Same for Teams to Connect.

Is the Buyer-Led M&A™ Certification included or separate?

Included in all three tiers. The certification is the entry point to the directory and the credential we put on every member's profile.

What if I'm not an advisor yet, just learning M&A?

Start with the $149 Assessment. If the results suggest you'd benefit from M&A Fundamentals, that's the entry-level certification inside Practitioner. The directory listing comes after Buyer-Led M&A™.

Start with the Assessment. Decide the tier from there.

$149 to find out where you actually stand. The lowest-commitment way into the operating standard.
